I've got an Arai Vector FF and I wear it all the time. I'd love to wear a half helmet but until I get the severe updraft on my RG taken care of, I can't wear one unless I learn how to ride without breathing.

FF's are the ticket to have when it rains/hails/sleets. And when you actually need a helmet, i.e. unplanned departure.

I want to buy the new Simpson Outlaw Bandit Helmet... But I can pull the trigger on it just yet because of the price tag...

I have the same Shoei. It's comfortable and well-vented.

Decided on a FF modular this fall. Got a HJC. Definitely keeps me warmer, however, battling the issue with the shield fogging up- a real pain.

Go to any ski shop - they've got stuff you can put on there to stop that. Also, open the shield just about an 1/8th inch.

Although i wear a FF helmet all the time they are very nice in the winter time. That cold air is not good for your face or eyes. Only downside i have in cold weather is some condensation at low speeds. FF and windshield make cold bearable.

I bought a Bell FFH for cold and rainy weather and it makes a huge difference. It extends the temperatures I will ride in considerably. Prefer the Brain Bucket with warmer weather.
