cams
They're as different as night and day. The 255's emphasize the low-end and midrange while the 211's will give much peakier performance at the expense of low-end torque if stock compression is used. The latter cams need more compression than stock to perform optimally, but the 255's are well-suited as bolt-in cams for a stock TC96 engine.
I'm not a big "use the search function" guy, but in this case, you really should. There are many, MANY threads on all kinds of different cams and many dyno charts. You can't just say pull from 0-100 and expect an intelligent answer. I've got the Woods 6-6's and am very happy with them, but that's because they fit my riding style.
In a 96, there's a few good cams to choose from. SE255s are a good choice, and will give you a nice snappy throttle response at low rpms.
SE204 cams work exceptionally well in the 96 motor, great pull right off idle, and they'll hold up well up to 5200 or so before they fall off. Nice idle lope as well, similar to the SE211 and 251 idle sounds. Woods 6 cams have a huge following, and perform very well, too.
I dont think either of them are great for your riding style. The SE255 will fall off to early,& the SE211 is to much cam for a stock motor. If you want the best of both worlds for a stock 96ci, & you want to stay with SE the SE204 is your best bet!!! There are better cams out there though!!
