In my humble biased opinion, I think mechanically the 2002 RK was the best year for the RK. I did upgrade my rear pulley and drive belt to the 2004 year RK so I could run a 150mm tire on the rear.

pingel makes a spacer for 70$ that allowes you to run the 150

I think you should rotate them forward a bit. Otherwise, they hit the tank at full lock.
