Bluesheart, how would you compare the C_FuK_R pipes against the Vance +Hines HiOutput slipons comparing sound, craftmanship,+ performance (torque)? if you can

I can tell you there is NO SOUND as DEEP as on the knock-offs or the originals, No one. The close slip-ons I feel are the Pro-Tour from Fuel Moto . But no one as Deep as stated. If you like Deep Sound

I totally agree with you i have never heard pipes that sound so deep first time i heard the CFRs i loved the sound i have never heard any others that compare .

did i get this right that the only way to get them tuned properly is investing in a power commander or similar?

No, just a stage 1 air cleaner will do .my bike ran fine without the power commander it would pop just a little bit on de-cel but the PC map got me a little more HP and removed the popping

I dont know about V&H slipons mentioned as i have stated I love the sound of these pipes no others have got my attenion . I did like the V&H straight shots but they are not Bassy enough for me .

Ok, here's my knock-offs. SE A/C and Fullsac true dual mod. XIED's also. I do have an efi controller but not in yet. I just put the A/C on today and it woke it back up.

1st Vid is coldish. 2nd Vid is warm. Might give you guys a better idea what they sound like.
