Unknown actually. But they mentioned something about some internal hardware (washers) that was installed incorrectly when the Profile lowering kit was installed. I suspect the washers had damaged the fork legs in some way..I had taken the glide in for a clattering noise when going over bumps. it took then two tries to get rid of the noise.

You won't convince my neighbor who is a Ford mechanic of this. He hates flat rate warranty work, he says Ford comes up with the flat rate time by having a mechanic all ready with ALL tools and parts laid out and then they time him. So this doesn't account for test driving, putting the car on the lift, getting parts for the parts department, etc.... Those "easy" warranty jobs that only take 30 minutes by the book can take him an hour by time he does all the extra stuff they don't account for.
