Tell her you went on a ride and the bike felt "FUNNY" like the tires were not riding right. Then tell her that the dealership "suggested different tires.
Or just buy them and see how long it takes her to notice!!!

The 3M tape that you are using, is it the same tape that is used for attaching automotive trim? I have a roll from years ago and was just wondering if I should try it or just bite the bullet and buy new. Where did you get your tape?
My Draggin Bagger kit is on the UPS truck and being delivered on Friday. Now if I can just convince the wife that I need those new wheels...hmmmmmm....

its #4611 ...in 1" width and 45 mils thick...i used it to stick the sides on enclosed trailers...had some left over...bet yours would work...test it and see.....i put mine two strips thick to insulate from vibration

Jerry, Not yet. I am going on vacation to VA Bch next week. Painter will have all parts ready (re shadowing the stripes and re-clearing everything. Then wet sand and buff) for me when I return. Then he goes on "vacation" so he can finish his custom.
So Halloween I will be riding.
