As has been explained, it is torque reaction. Happens to all vehicles, even front drivers, which will squat at the rear and lift their front so the weight comes off the wheels and they spin their tyres. On a Harley or rear driver the weight transfer improves traction of the rear wheel(s). Doesn't have to be highly tuned, just more impressive if it is!

No, it does not bother me at all, if fact I like it. But it didn't happen with my older RK so it was new to me.
