Default Rear-end dips when cracking throttle? - video

I'm new to modifying Harleys. I have an old 80" evo RKing that I have enjoyed for many years, and I just purchased to this "slightly modified" 2008 Road Glide. Got 14" of snow the day I started to inspect it so no test ride yet...or probably for months.

It had 103 (SE255 cams, PCV) Baker DD7 trans, True-Track, and 18" rims installed prior to my purchase. When I was inspecting it, I noticed the entire rear-end of scooter dips when cracking throttle (video below).

Is this normal with any of the upgrades described above? Not that I dislike its movement, just checking with those much more knowledgeable than me. All motor mounts look OK, 20lbs in air shocks.

I'm thinking the True-Track stiffens the drivetrain and causes this?

Let me know what you think? Notice I can't initially remember the tech's name that was helping me...Oopps

I would be inclined to think its the counter action to the engine rotation.

I'm sure this is the case. The engine is probably pulling up on the front mount and pushing down on the rear mount when you blip the throttle.

Like the dealer would say its "normal"

It IS the counter rotation of the engine. The torque of the engine pivots the engine toward the rear causing the dip. Totally normal and should do it on any Harley. Especially a hopped up one.

Same thing you see in a muscle car when the engine is reved up at a stop light. My corvette does it at idle, I love it.
