Hey, HD has to leave something for us to upgrade right? Who wants to buy a bike with nothing left to customize? Personally, not that I could afford it but if I could, I wouldn't buy a CVO. How much fun is to get a bike with no personality? Nothing against those who did, to each their own. Just to me, half the fun of a HD is making it your own.
have you noticed since you installyours, that you cant look at another tour pak without just automatically looking to see if the hinges have been upgraded,i mean the bike could have all kinds of chrome goodies but it aint complete if its still got those old frieght trunk hinges
1 CVO RoadGlide, 3 Ultra Limiteds, and 2 Ultras. All now done.....Mine was the last in the group! $300 extra for the MoCo from our group alone! But your right, best part of Harley is all the parts you can change/add/whatever to make them your own bike!!
I learned the hard way, My tour pak lid cracked so $323.66 I have a new lid!!
Sorry about your misfortune. I have been following your thread about your cracked lid. Do you think it was due to not drilling out the holes big enough before installing the hinges?
