I hope someone comes up with an answer. I have the same question. Had a SERT installed, got the bike dyno tuned 2 times and I am still not happy. I would like to know how they have this thing mapped out so I can figure out why I'm having problems at certain RPM's. I am even considering changing to the stock map if that is possible, then ordering a PCIII from Jamie at Fuel-Moto.
You got all the software and map cd with your sert, but most dealers dont give it to customers, I have been told you can ask for it along with the key to your sert and they will give it up, after all you paid for it.
The numbers are good but the low end performance does not feel smooth. Still getting some popping and gurgle on decel. At slow traffic speeds in 1st gear I have to feather the clutch to avoid slight bucking and surges. Also have a surge on decel at around 1500 RPM's.
I'd prefer a better feel as opposed to high numbers.
Thats what sucks about a sert, you mostly at the mercy of someone else, buy the PCIII and you can tune any map to suit your needs. Best to have it dyno tuned by one of their centers, but they have many maps that work great free on their website.
