BTW, I bought my wheels from HogPro, they called saying something was not to their liking so they were contacting the manufacturer to address the problem before shipping to me. Now that's what I call customer service. Good going HP!!!

I wanted to use a drill press which has a depth gauge but would take so long to set-up for each hole because the part is not symmetrical I opted to use a cordless drill and my eye. I surprised even myself they came out so even. A caliper was used for distance/spacing. Marked the location of each hole with the sharp end of the caliper then used a center punch, drilled a 1/8 hole then a 7/32.
The only bad part is a buddy of mine has the same pipes, he wants to buy the tips and have me do his. Fok! lol
