Skyclimber, you are clearly too old. Just give me the keys to that sweet red CVO eglide, and I'll make sure it stays nice and shiny. I wouldn't want you to hurt yourself.

Just trying to help......

I am 67 and still riding (2009 Road King Classic). Weather permitting, I ride with a group of retirees my age and we put on about 100+ miles on the country roads of North Carolina on a typical outing which always includes a relaxing lunch. I had heart surgery about eight years ago and am doing fine. My only problem is that, like all of us oldies, I am shrinking and I find it more difficult to maneuver the 800 lbs of iron in tight quarters. I am not ready to give it up yet but my bride of 45 years thinks otherwise. Good luck to you.

I met this lady last year in Daytona. She was 84 & had ridden her bike down from New Jersey, in February, to Bike Week.
Her 55 year old daughter rode with her on her own bike. Along the way, the mom burned the leg of her snowsuit on a pipe.
They stopped & bought an ironing board cover, tied it around her leg, & finished the trip.
I was starting to have a midlife crisis of sorts but meeting her completely put it to rest.
If a GIRL can do it....

Oh, and those are plastic vinegar bottles she cable-tied on her handlebars to keep the wind off her hands!
84 years old!!!!! You got a looooooong time to go!
