When you install the new head pipe, my 09 manual documents a process to tighten it back up. Not sure of your bike, so you might want to confirm.
For my 09, it was to start all nuts for a few threads. Then starting with top nut of front cylinder, tighten to 9-18 in-lbs. Then tighten bottom nut of front cylinder to 100-120 in-lbs. Then do the top nut of the front cylinder to 100-120 in-lbs.
For the rear, start with bottom nut and tighten to 9-18 in-lbs, then top nut of rear cylinder 100-120 inlbs, then do the bottom nut to 100-120 in-lbs.
