Keep in mind this is with 220 miles using Autotune ONLY, no manual tuning was involved. After more miles and more timing is added, I'm confident this motor will produce even better numbers. The A/F looks good and with more miles the Autotuner should correct the FBW dip. As it is right now, I could not be more happy!

As for the JackPot 2-1-2 header, I used to run a Fat Cat. When I would downshift a couple of gears the Fat Cat would cause the motor to wind up tight with back pressure and you could feel the power it was holding in reserves waiting for you to twist hard and red-line as you pass. I'm getting that same feeling with Fuel Moto's 2-1-2 header and the Rinehart slip-ons. I like it!!

Let me add that the motor is still amazingly quiet!

This kit is solid and the price is right. Thank you Fuel Moto!

Great numbers, especially considering you are simply using our base map with Auto Tune.

Put some more miles on with the Auto Tune and try the get to all of the areas of the map and you will have a very accurate fuel table. Try the slight igntion timing changes we discussed and you will be right there. Thank you very much for the great feedback!

I understand the kit is complete. If you have a powerpak 103, couldn't you get slightly lower numbers with just the cams, pcv and autotune? Or perhaps with the cams and the new powervision, changing the A/C, headpipe and slipons, in both scenarios?

Were WB O2 sensors used in the OP motor?

The Fuel Moto 107" piston kit not only add's displacement, it also adds compression. The FM 107 kit with TW-555 cams will make approx 6-8Hp/8-10Tq with broader curve over the factory 103" motor with TW-555 cams. We have a customers factory 103" bike that we are installing TW-555 cams in at the moment so we will know specific data in the next couple days and I will post results. I really like the factory 103's as well and either combination is a great setup. The OP is using the PC-V Auto Tune which uses Bosch Wideband sensors

Our Jackpot 2/1/2 head pipe has both 12mm and 18mm bungs which accept Wideband O2 sensors. For specific pricing info please email jamie@fuelmotousa.com

Those dyno charts match most of those that were done before. Looking good aren't they?

They sure are! It's nice to see almost identical charts from the same build in difference states. Of this entire deal, the Auto Tuner amazes me the most.

I wouldn't expect much difference between bikes with the same components. The mapping experience of Jamie and his builds pretty much guarantees similar results. Have fun and hang on!

Fuel Moto 107" kit (no head work) is complete and I'm currently in Auto-Tune mode. It rained all day Saturday and Sunday so I was not able to ride but that did allow me to get in a lot of heat cycles. This is my second 107" build with the first build a Head Quarters 107" w/head work on my 2008 FLHX. This current engine began as a 103" HD Power Pak engine.

My first impression, this is a super quiet build and the build is solid, no decel popping or rumbling, no hesitation and very quick on throttle.

Today I was able to put 200 miles on the motor. This is my first experience with Dynojet's Auto-Tune and I'm very impressed with its performance and ease of use. During heat cycles the engine was loading up and after three heat cycles, the throttle was smooth. As I rode the bike throughout the day I could feel the Auto-Tune remapping the engine. There is a lot power in the motor, enough to lift the tire off the ground in a 10 mph roll in first gear with no clutch work, just twist.

As promised by Jamie, there is zero detonation with this build and that was a huge deciding factor for me as I have had nothing but problems with the Head Quarters build and pinging. After viewing the map and trim tables I believe the timing can be advanced and then Auto-Tuned again. I'll ask Jamie to take a look at my map.

Rest assured, after head work, I will have maps pulled on the Fuel Moto build and will post a comparison between Head Quarters and Fuel Moto. I'm going to wager Fuel Moto kit with no head work is going to beat the Head Quarters build with head work. The Fuel Moto kit cost $1300. Head Quarters with head work cost ~$2700.

I will have head-work done and it is going to be either Scott at Hillside, Wolfgang Grasser at Mutant Motors or I'll wait for Jamie to get his setup going.

If anyone is on the fence whether to go with the HD 103" kit or Fuel Moto's 107" kit, I highly recommend you go with the Fuel Moto 107" build as it will eat HD's 103" for lunch.

As I got off the bike today there was a sigh of relief that the Fuel Moto kit had no pinging while having as much or more power than the Head Quarters build. I'm very happy with Fuel Moto and this kit. Thank you Jamie for delivering a product as advertised. That means a lot to me!
How the motor doing today ?
Got many miles on it.

thanks
