Im not in your area but are you wanting something custom? Why not box it up and ship it to a quality bike painter? If you need something in a stock color? Any quality autobody should be able to help you out. Not much help but maybe?

That's a pretty wide area...can you be more specific? And is it just a fender that needs painting?
