Question for front brake Help.
Howdy Folks. Im new on here and maybe I'm in the wrong place to ask this but here goes. I have a '96 FLHTC and just finished putting in new fork seals. Everything went good except now my front brakes chatter and vibrate. I only removed them from the forks and nothing changed with them when I put them back on. Never had this chatter before untill now. Chattering stops when brakes applied and they work normally. Ive tried everything I can think of to stop the noise. Any thoughts???

sounds like you may have gotten grease or oil on the brake pads/rotor. may want to remove the pads and sand them and clean the rotors with break cleaner, also make sure you put the right spacers in the right place, check to see that both rotors are centered in the caliper. good luck
