Hey Guys, with all the RG changes in the last few years finding a low seat for my 2007 RG is a challenge. I'm looking for a seat that will lower me. The stock seat makes me feel like I'm "on" the bike not part of it. Any suggestions on low seats for my bike. I ride two up allot but a solo is not out of the question.
I've got a SG, not a RG, but I just ordered a LePera bare bones solo today. They claim it's pretty much the lowest seat you can get. Probably not the best for really long trips, but it looks sweet. $179.95 with free shipping from Phat Performance.
or the HD Brawler....looks like this on my 09 FLHTC...you can judge seat height and push back from the crash bars. This seat is also offered for the earlier frame ( yours).
ps I had a bad outcome with Corbin- seat delivered ( for MUCHO dinero) was hard as hell, they said it would break in, well it didn't....then the covering cracked and they wouldn't stand behind their product...( Mike Corbin, I'm still waiting for a response to my letter...)

FBI...Fat Baggers Inc..... had a 3 inch drop seat kit for 09 through 10 machines. I know this won't help you but you may check with them to see if they do have something else to help.
