A cat converter in the slipons? probably not. you are probably looking at the baffles. With a stage 1 upgrade without a tuner the bike will breath easier and run a little cooler but you won't notice much if any power increase. For a power increase and for the bike to run the coolest possible you need a tuner so you can adjust the AFR and timing.
I wouldn't get too excited over a tune with just a stage 1. If you're original slipons/exhaust were stock then you may see a modest increase. If nothing else the bike will sound better!
There is no cat on an '02. The '06 had a cat in the left side slip on. (I believe it was the left side). Cats in the headpipes didn't start until '10. They are CVO mufflers from a newer CVO bike ('06-up) so I wouldn't expect anything spectacular from them. You said you already had a stage 1, so what pipes are on there now? Also, is you RK fuel injected and you have the dealer download? Or is it carbed?
its an efi and they cvos are 06 and i believe have have cats in them is it worth it to install these and i do not have downloads i have a se stage 1 i like the look of these pipes just fatter they are 4 inch looking for advice to get a little more harley sound than stock but i dont want to spend an arm and a leg to upgrade thanks for help
