i believe that the boom speakers have a tweeter built in. if so, would they work in conjunction with the hog tunes tweeter pod? just wondering.

I have the Booms as well and they are much nicer than stock, I am sure their is better products out there, but for the money, I am happy with the Booms.

Sounds like a good cheap mod. I've been thinking about sound (especially on the highway) as stock speakers sound like tin. Thanks for the report!

I was considering the Booms, then had decided to get the J&Ms John posted the link to above instead and add a set of the acoustic fairing pads. But totaled up the price was so close to what Dr. V-Twin is charging for the J&M 7.25s...well, my set of 7.25s should be here today or tomorrow I think. LOL.
