Hey gunrunner. Paycheck may have had a few laughs that night over that but I think he spent quite a few years in jail. Not worth it in my opinion. Maybe an excuse me a**ho** you are interupting or something polite like that.

The world is filled with jackasses; that day it was your turn to run into one. In my experience, guys who actually ride their bikes tend to be a pretty decent bunch; those that buy the bikes, put 750 miles a year on them riding to bike nights, have a proclivity toward being self-absorbed horses' asses.
Letting the whole matter drop is fine; not worth the hassle to do otherwise, and the emotional satisfaction gained from putting a land mine in the guy's pants just isn't worth the cost. At most, re-establish yourself in the conversation, but only for the purpose of gaining the information you originally sought; not for the purpose of getting over on the offending jerk.
