The adjustable one is worth the extra $$. I have had both and wish I had gone with the adjustable one from the get go.

I put the adjustable backrest on my 2010 SG and I love it......it also adjusts up and down.

Highly recommend the Mustang. Unless HD has changed the design in the last several years there have been many complaints about having to bend the bracket so the rest doesn't push you forward.

Have to agree with the adj HD one. Nice to be able to easily move your position while riding. Worth the extra loot.

+1 on the HD adjustable. Definitely the best after-market money I've spent so far. Makes a huge difference!

I agree on that , Had to heat up and bend mine quite a bit to get it comfortable. Seems like the mounting bracket has the bolt holes in the wrong place. Mines great now, but a hassle to get it right.

Love mine with the Mustang solo seat. and the only time it comes off is if I am staying at a hotel.

have an HD adjustable and it works great. Had a HD non-adjustable and had the problems discussed above with the backrest pushing you too far forward.
