Now bro's be nice to the rebelrouser..............

You need to remember he is the bro that went out and dumped a big ole chunk of change on a scooter, that he will now take a nasty financial beating on, getting rid of.(Somebody told him he would be cool if he got him a BigDawg)[sm=nono.gif]

Now that he has dumped all that cash into a ride that warps the lower back on a crosstown barhop, he has seen the light and is trying to research purchasing a real motorcycle.(Naturally a chopper rider would endup in the bagger section and be real lost)

We need to now take him by the hand, and lead him down the path to becoming a true Motorcycle Enthusiast. [sm=boink3.gif]

To teach him the in's and out's of owning and maintaining a Motorcycle that can be fired up on one side of this Great Country, and shut down on the other side of our Great Country, and the rider, still be able to walk upright. [sm=shades.gif]

OH . Im sorry. As I can see ALL the other forums are for repairing the bike. Do these bikes ever stay together ? All I read everywhere I go on here theres problems with Harley. Does anyone else see this ?
Thanks for the direction. Looked there. They take some cool trips.

Gotta be a Troll. All he ever seems to do is badmouth Harley's in a backhanded kinda way. S**t man buy a rice burner & be happy. By the way I "toured 8400 miles this summer on 1 trip" & only changed the oil. Enough touring for ya?

The only parts that don't stay together are the ones I take off my bike, and then I put them back on! Other than service calls and upgrades, I haven't had one problem with my Glide!

Keep in mind the forums are places for people to share what's going on with their bikes. That holds true regardless of the type forum you are on. Go to the VTX or Goldwing forums (there are several out there), and, ironically, the posts/threads aren't too much different! Hell go to a car related forum, about the same thing there!

Since this is the Touring section . All I've heard is fixing this and that. Something fell off and Trans problems. Doesn't that belong in trans section and tech section ?
How many prople in "TOURING" really TOUR. Tell us of your trips or how many miles you ride a year. Where do you go. We would love to here about "TOURING".
Dude, if thats what you think of Harley- Davidsons, and you are afraid of them, and IF you own one, get rid of it. I have 30,000 miles on my EGC and have not had one problem with it, and all my friends have Harley's and none of them have had any problems. I have taken numerous trips on mine, 800 1,000 mile weekends. Is that good enough for ya'?

Back in August, I rode out to New Mexico from South Carolina....Rode around out there and turned it back east and came on home....No trouble with my Street Glide what so ever.....4300 miles in 9 days....Don't know if that qualifies as "Touring" or not.....But it was a fun trip.

Do you really mean "RebelRouser" or do you mean "RabbleRouser"? There is definitely a difference, however, you can certainly do both. A better one might be "TravelTroll." Motorcycles are like family members. We love 'em. We bitch, **** and moan about them. But it's not proper for YOU to bitch, **** and moan about them.
