Default Harmon Kardon Troubles

I have an 06 UC with the Harmon Kardon stereo. Not sure if my problem is in the head unit or with the bike. It works perfectly on acc but not with the ignition in the ON position. Any ideas?

What does it do (or not do) with ignition in ON position?

Ok guys i've solved the problem. In the on position it would do nothing at all. In the acc position it worked fine. The problem was a partially discharged battery. I was installing an amp last night and had accidently left the amp turned on all night. The battery only had 9 volts, not enough to power up the radio with everything else drawing juice. Couldn't see the forrest for the trees!

HIJACK Coolerman, you need to say "hi" to Wells, Gaddis, Cliff (Earl), and the rest of the TollHouse gang for me. Be back in May.

I had temporarily wired the switch wire to the main power wire which of course was wired directly to the battery. Just forgot to un hook when i quit for the night. Oh and the alpine ktp-445 amp will not work with an HK head unit.
