Yea, I have one layin around somewhere, had to take it off when I got the PV, I may chop it up and use the connectors, the wires, connectors and casing are a lot cleaner looking than the stock connector hanging off the TB with exposed wires goin into the plug. Oh yea it worked ok, felt more like a cable than TBW.

Remove the black cylinder/head brace, put the unit between the heads using zip ties to secure it to anyone of the harnesses in there, re-install the brace and your done....
Tips to remove the brace, remove the 2 rear tank bolts, lift the rear of the tank, use a small section of a 2x4 or a bunched up towel to keep the back of the tank supported. That will give you room between the tank and the brace to remove the 2 bolts holding it to the TB.

HDV-GLIDE thank you but I'm quite mechanically challenged and that to me sounded serious.Err..where exactly is this black cylinder thingy? is that the throttle body?I saw this installation video on youtube and that guy just stashed it away loosely.I suppose the unit is designed to handle the extreme engine heat?
I did the same as HDV-GLIDE, behind the black brace.
When you start to disassemble the AC you'll see what he means...the below pic is a sporty, but it's the same thing (was the only pic I could find on web)
(sorry about the size)
So that's the black thingy...thanks Thor and the size of the picture is excellent.Gonna give it a shot tomorrow.hang in there with me guys. These things are like rocket science to me.

I'll be on sporadically tomorrow....post up if you have any questions
I installed the pack about 30 days ago. Got very tired of the throttle lag. Every time I started up from standing still at lights etc there was a delay. Guess I was too used to the immediate response from a cable actuated system from my previously owned 4 Harleys.
Install was easy as it plugs in line with the throttle body harness. Took me maybe 10 minutes including tie banding the harness and module securely.
Works great and totally eliminated the throttle delay with no effect on the PCV Maps etc. Recommend to anyone annoyed by the built in emission delay to the TBW system.
