Wow I think this thread has covered every topic ever asked, cams, muffler bearings, oil, blinker fluid, riding gear, HD accessories, pipes, etc... I did not see the actual answer, you must first install HD rain tires...its the only way to safely ride in the rain...

I can ride in the rain, but I do not know if you can ride in the rain. That is a question you have to answer for yourself, by yourself, to yourself.
I would recommend not riding in tornado weather. The possibility of getting hit by flying cows is too great.
