anyone have any experince with part#73244-09?am trying to get better light and was given this # but have heard it is for left hand traffic so am going to the experts thanks
The only dissatisfaction I have with my RG Ultra is the headlights. They SUCK!
My son rides a RG also, and he has changed bulbs in his to xenon (I think). He says that they still suck.
What have other RG riders done to overcome this? (I have tried adjusting the aim, and have even had it back to the dealer for adjustment... nothing helps)
I rode an Ultra Classic until this past December. I'd give anything to have those lights back!
I have a RG and went to HID's with the slim ballast. They are easy to wire and fit inside the fairing, paid $70 (hear some kit may even be a little cheaper) and they are a lot brighter than the previous bulbs that I paid $80 for the pair, and completely outshine the OEM bulbs.....
I didn't want to create a new thread for this (yet), but has anyone ever taken the "lens" off of the headlight bezel? I know it won't help MUCH to clean them, but one side of mine is duller than the other. It looks like they will pop out if you release the wide tab at the top.

Where did you get your HID's from? Are they high/low or single?
