another +1. switched over from a pc3 last spring. tired of map swaps and wanted to avoid dyno time. (cost & distance). utilized the 02 bungs on my fatcat. ran out great from the start, and spot-on within no time. lots of nice built-in options....steve
My bike has had a pinging issue in 6th gear around 2500rpms and giving 1/2 throttle since I did a A/C, Screamin' Eagle mufflers and a Harley Stage 1 download. So, I bought a Power Vision from Fuelmoto and that corrected about 70% of the pinging. Last year at OC bike I took the dive and got a T-Max and the bike is running great except it's still got a slight ping in 6th gear around 2500rpms if I roll the throttle on to about 1/2 throttle. I mad another change to the timing tables this winter but haven't had a chance to download and ride since we can't seem to get some spring weather here and most of the roads are still covered with salt.
If I can't get it right once the weather clears up, Zippers is only about 20 miles from house so I setup an appointment and have them take a look at it.
I've been keeping and eye on the plugs and they are in good shape so it's not a serious fuel or timing issue.
Just put my first 1000 miles on mine. Self install. Runs like a bat outta hell. I have a 2012 SG with Rinehart true duals, stage 1 a/c and added pulstar plugs. Just got back NY to Boston. Extremely good acceleration in 5th or 6th gear. I love it.
I don't know why you picked up a two year old thread like this instead of starting a new one. I have used Tmax three times with good results the first time on a cable throttle model and not so good results on my TBW. The main problem I see is that it doesn't have base maps anywhere close to what I'm running and the auto-tune doesn't seem to be able to bring it in. I also find the Tmax being an alfaN system does nothing about detonation which I found to be a problem. I am currently using the Power Vision with the auto-tune option and find it to be a much better tuner for my application. It is also nice to be able to monitor engine parameters while on the road. This is a flash tuner which puts a new program in your ECM, so you retain the stock benefits like knock sensor. You can also use the PV to tune away detonation. If you like the Tmax and it works for you, that's great, but it didn't do what I wanted it to do.

At 2500rpms with a half throttle roll, I shouldn't have to. The bike never did it before mods which consist of Jackpot 2-1-2 head pipe and Jackpot 4" dyno tuner mufflers.
Bought 1 for the Wardens {wife} hot 2005 95" It had PowerComander 3 that always needed dyno tuning...ran great for a month.. now TMax it runs better AND no need for dyno tuning...My 09 FHX had a Hd.stage 1 on the ECM {no differance} until I installed the Tmax..goes like a raped appe the poping on dec also gone and runs away cooler.
Great service from Tmax on picking a Map to start with Etc. a very happy customer!!

Drop a .510 lift cam in it & check out the difference. Andrews 37H or S&S 510, both will work. My 37H made 6th gear useful at 60 mph.
I just installed S&S 106 and 551 cams, and replaced PC-V with TMax Auto tune. Had V&H 2-1 and SE ac. I've ridden only 75 miles so I'm still breaking it in. I'm psyched. This thread suggests TMax is well worth the cost. Looking forward to no more trips to expensive dyno.

After a few more hundred miles started backfiring on acceleration in low rpm range. Changed back to HD plugs. Runs like a charm again. Thundermax YES, Pulstar Plugs NO!!
