I did a 95 in build a few yrs back on my 04 FLHtc.I have a 42 mm Mikuni carb,DTT ign, flat tops with 030 head gasket,06 heads which were street ported and milled slightly, Andrews 26 cams with Hyd tensioners, and at the time i ran true duals with Screamin eagle mufflers.I got 92hp and get this 112 ft lbs of torque.Since then I have changed mufflers to Rinehart and it has more HP .

Don't think you or your starter are gonna like 10:1 with the 26 cams. You'll definitely want a programmable ignition.

Are you planning on any headwork?
Compression releases?

If your heads are 86 ccs and you use a stock headgasket, you might like it, but I think you are gonna have detonation issues.

I think you should do some research and not just guess at what you are putting together. You can call Andrews and see what they suggest for compression ratio with those cams. There are plenty of guys running the 26 if those are the cams you want to run, you should be able to find some tried and true setups. I am not a huge fan of those cams, but if I was going to run them, I would shoot for about 9.6:1.

Can you get good gas where you ride all the time?
