done for now... i think

well, it is finally done.. thought i would share..
little history here.. i bought my RG a couple years ago as a mistake. i was surfing ebay for RG's and found a homely bike that had been totalled and partially rebuilt for what i believed was a decent price. i placed a bid on the bike in the first few hours of the auction and 5 days later (after i had forgotten about placing the bid) i was notified that i had won. i drove to iowa , checked the bike over, loaded it and came home. over all the bike was in good shape. needed tires, front fender, a floor board, and a few other things here and there.. so, here are a few pics of what the bike looked like the day i got it home...
fast forward 6 months... new paint, all parts replaced that needed to be, new wheels, tires, brakes, fluids, etc..
then i hit a deer and wiped out the whole right side.. so now we're on to phase 3 of the bike... DONE FOR NOW!

the crash bar and fixed fairing saved my life.. i never went down because the deer never hit the handlebars or front wheel.. i am really at odds.. i like no no bar look but will prob put one on
single side isn't that great right now but getting ready to swap calipers for more bite.
