New Cam upgrade???

Going with se204's when they do cam tensioner upgrade kit. What other parts will I be needing for the 204 upgrade? Thanks

You'll need some kind of tuner if you don't already have one, & have them change the inner cam bearings while you're in there. The lifters should probably be OK if the miles aren't too high.

Adjustable pushrods, innercam bearings and gaskets. I would put new lifters in also.

Reports from the field indicate that the stock 8.8:1 compression is a bit low for the 204's. They seem to like mid-9's, so you might consider a 95" kit with that upgrade which will get your compression in that territory. The only downside to the stock compression is that your low-end TQ will likely suffer.
