I think my next upgrade will be seat (HD Hammock looks good), shocks (progressive 440), or rider backrest (HD adjustable). Can't afford all at once.
I am looking mostly for comfort. 90% two up riding.
Stock seat fits good, butt gets numb
Shocks ride OK, Pot holes etc are a nusience. Loved the 412's on my FXR
Back rest for tired back
2009 RK stage one
Any suggestions on which to do first?
Your passenger needs a back rest if not for comfort then for safety if you have to suddenly gas it to get out of someones way. That happened to me in the seventies and I left my passenger sitting in the middle of an intersection. Funny now but wasn't at the time. Luckily nothing badly damaged other than pride.

Being selfish w/o regard to the misses, backrest, seat, shocks, that order. Work as much as you can with stock shock settings, that's not what is making you numb.
