I am sure that you checked the fuse, bulb, and under seat connection. If all is okay then jump the rear brake switch connection. If it lights up then it is the switch???????

Bulb and fuse should be fine seeing the front brake activates the light... Right? Or are there seperate bulbs?

Thats what I was hoping it wasnt.. It's the original switch, been on the road since 07. Are they a PITA to change out? Looking at the manual it seems pretty straight forward except I never bleeded brake on a Harley before but I'll figure it out I'm sure.

I checked the connections under the seat and they're fine.
Thanks

they aren't too hard it..spin the old one off and new one on.. no need to have to bleed the brake system as long as you dont hit the pedal as you have the old switch off and no longer than the system will be open it will be fine
