I've considered these but wasn't sure if they had accommodations for the highway pegs? If not, do you guys cut yours or do you take off your pegs? Thanks...

Mine and others I've seen have cut puts for highway pegs.
I picked up a set of the vinyl at a HD dealer swap meet. As some have said, they can be a little more tricky to work with when cold, but for the 5 bucks I paid, I'm not complaining. They do cut down the wind and hence keep your lower legs/feet warmer when the temp drops. I have not used them in the rain.
As for highway pegs... I have them installed on my bike. There are already cut outs about midway up the crashbar to accommodate them.
I use the RoadSpirit softlowers when it gets real cold. They do a good job knocking air off legs. Also have cutouts for highway pegs and use industrial grade velcro to attach. Price is right too.

I have a set with the HD Logo. they work great in cold and rainy weather. I had my wife adjust the slot for my foot pegs and helmet lock on my engine guard. Once you get them adjusted, they are quick on and off. fold up small to fit in your saddle bags. Best money spent!!!
Thanks guys. I took a look at the Airlite version, and it looks worth the extra $35 over the HD version. Especially since there wouldn't be much install/removal for me.
Living in Colorado, i would just install them in November/December when it cools down, and remove them in February/March when the weather starts inproving. For 60 deg and above, I see little need for them. Rain isn't as much of an issue with me, as the have rain gear in my saddle bag.

I have the HD nylon lowers that have a small 1.5 inch hole in them for highway pegs that's absolutely worthless. I took them to a local dry cleaner that does alterations. For less than five bucks, they opened up the hole to fit where my pegs are located on my engine guard and restitched the seam.
