I installed an internal FM antenna, pulled the whips, and just capped the antenna studs with 3/16" vacuum caps. I don't use the CB, so I just unhooked that one. The internal FM antenna seems to work fine, but I'm almost always listening to the iPod.
My big thing was that I wanted a true quick-detatch Tour-Pak and didn't want to have to pull the liner and fiddle with the antenna connectors (including fishing them through the grommet) every time I switched. As a bonus, I kind of prefer the clean look.
