PCIII on 2008, setting the throttle?

PCIII on 2008, setting the throttle?
I'm about to install a PCIII on my 2008 FLHTC and at the end of the instructions it says that since my bike has fly-by-wire throttle that when setting the throttle position be sure to have the bike warmed up, however it doesn't include any instructions on how to set the throttle. Can anyone fill me in on how to do this? Here's a link the to PCIII instructions:

Not sure if they mean "zeroing" the throttle. My '07, which is fly-by-cable requires the throttle position to be zeroed. Not sure if this is the same thing with your fly-by-wire throttle or not. The map values in the PCIII are based on throttle position so if the PCIII thinks you are at 5% throttle and you are at 0% throttle, things will be off.
