IN CONCLUSION, received by UPS the old type kickstand bracket from the MoCo (thank you MoCo) and that did the trick, It created the lean close to stock. So for all of those with the same sititution on 2010-2011 after a 1" drop in the front, try and get the older bracket that was used for a short time in 2009 Part number 50078-09 but remember that part number is no longer listed in any parts book so good luck. The MoCO was of great help in resolving the problem, they happen to have some, maybe the one's that were replaced or turned in due to the Service bulletin M-1243.

Will be working with MoCo if possible to offer this part as a part of the 1" front end lowering kit, of course the cost could go up due to the part.
