Received my Kick Shoe on Friday from Brukus. I was not able to install until Saturday due to family obligations. First, the product is heavier than it looks. That being said the weight is due to the quality materials used in the production. Installation is straight forward and took me only 10 minutes. The Kick Shoe does not change the lean angle or raise the height of my scoot. I will no longer have to carry a coaster or worry about the hot asphalt or soft soils dumping my bike. Thanks Brukus.
$65??? Ouch!
I think I'll continue to use the plastic coaster my dealer gave me.
I said the same thing. THEN, I realized that all of the times in the past trying to get the plastic pad in the correct location under the kick stand and then trying to pick it up afterwards and almost dropping the bike in the process, the price didn't seem that bad.
Yep, I bought one too and it looks like it will work as advertised and save me a lot of aggravation in the long run.
To each his own, that's what motorcycling is all about......

So how does this product do in the grass? I attended a rally where they handed out wooden squares to put under the jiffy stand ... pain in the *** to get in place.

I'll let dukdog speak for himself, but I'm not sure if he's had it long enough to even try it in the grass. However, you can see it pictured on the grass on our website here in SC.
It was designed for hot asphalt, grass, sand, any soft surfaces where your kickstand tends to sink into. And because of the shape, it would even make the parked bike steadier on stones.
We currently only have 2 models. One for the kickstands for 06 and Older and a different style to fit the new kickstands on the 07 and newer. The link above takes you to our home page that has a picture of the model for the 06 and older. But if you click on our products section on the left, you can then also see the 07 and newer and see the difference.
Need to have one of our customers send us a picture of the 07 and newer on their bike!
