I am 5'2" (a short petite woman) and swapped my Softail Deluxe for a StreetGlide 2010, and had the kit installed with the custom Corbin Solo seat and custom Corbin side covers, because otherwise I would not have been able to maneouver the bike while having both feet on the ground. I'm able to see over the fairing. This is the kit from Bagger Werx.
Mighty sweet looking scoot but don't ya need some stretch bars? Looks like you have a far reach.
It feels just like my Softail Deluxe, i.e. you're sitting "in" the bike instead of "on" the bike". And being 5'2", with the drop seat kit, both of my feets are flat on the ground.

The thought of changing the bars has crossed my mind, just to bring the controls a little bit closer to me, I'm okay with how far the controls are, but to be perfect, I'd prefer to have them a tiny bit closer. I rode 6000 km up until now (bought the bike last fall, and with all the snow here in Canada, you just can't ride during the winter season) , but having the two-up seat does bring me closer to the controls, so for now this will be the other option. Maybe later on I will try buying the bars and everthing else that comes with it, to bring the controls 2" closer to me.
