I have the Heavy Breather on my Rocker and the Ventilator on my Ultra Limited (both 103's with aftermarket exhaust and tuned with TTS MasterTune). I think they're comparable performance-wise. The Heavy Breather looks bad-*** on the Rocker, mostly because of the style of the bike, so I'm willing to put up with it being in my way (I don't do a lot of long rides on the Rocker). For the Ultra I was really concerned about making it comfortable for touring, and I'm pretty sure the Heavy Breather not have worked for me. The Ventilator, on the other hand, actually sits about an inch closer to the bike at the outside compared to stock, and it covers the TBW intake (which is kinda ugly IMO). So it's a win-win.
