Not a nightmare. Just follow the instructions...especially about leaving the thing loose until you have all the assembly on...then tighten. I think if you do a search on YouTube they actually have a couple of videos on installation.

I got mine form dr vtwin and thought their price was real good. Everything I've got from them has been good price and fast service

It would be on the first page of your supplied instructions you are looking at the sport bike install.
