For what your going to pay for those HD shocks move up to Ohlins or such. Should not be much difference in price but a big difference in ride. Just my opinion but I'm sure others will chime in with the same advice.

Buy Ohlin's once in your life (great guarantee & totally rebuildable) - have one of the best rides out there ! for the $ your bike cost - the ride should be one of the top priorities ... whats a few hundred more over the lifetime of the bike - then move them to your future touring ride ... or sell the stock shocks if your short on cash to fund the new Ohlin's - but keeping the stock shocks allow to you to keep the Ohlin's when switching bikes ...
Mine are totally a joy to ride - #3-3, I hated the stock 09 RGSE air shocks, which made the bike NOT what it should have been from day one (MoCo Cheapo)
