Default Electrical Problem

Hello All,
I was riding home from work on my '05 ultra, when I noticed that my battery light and the little engine light came on. The amp meter, which usually reads between 13 and 14 was now reading a little over 10. Does this sound like a battery or voltage reg. gone bad? Would appreciate any advice as to where to start looking.

Thanks,
Dennis

Either regulator or stator. SM goes thru the troubleshooting aspect to determine which one is the culprit.
