I've never had any issues with my PC-V either, but none the less it is a canned map that does not utilize your o2 sensors.
The Rev Performance utilizes your o2 sensors and makes adjustments as necessary to added on components at any time you decide that you want to add on.
I will get after another year or so, maybe sooner.
It is like a PC-V, Auto Tuner and Dyno all in one.
It keeps adjusting unitl you are at your optimum for performance as well as MPG.
Depends on your $ situation, but if you can afford an 11 then I would say in my opiinion that you should go with a "Rev Performance" tuner as it capable of adjusting to any modifications that you decide to make to your new ride, which I would say "congratulations" on gettin. Don't do inferior product. JM-2.
Don't guess you've ever looked at a Thunder-Max either. It does work off the WB 02 sensors. And it too can adjust itself.
And you can email your maps to Zippers and they can look at them and make changes and email them back to you.
Thunder-Max is ol' school as far as tuners are concerned, and from what some say on this forum are over rated.
I don't think you realized what you said.
A thundermax is one of the best tuners on the market.
No other tuner will do all a Thunder-Max will do unless you put them on a dyno.
This may be, but on the same hand what do you know about the Rev Performance? http://www.revperf.com/
It isn’t just another controller claiming to be self-tuning, or one that is cumbersome to install. This new EMS is a true self-optimizing system—adjusting almost instantly with little further adjustment. No resetting, no laptop, no dyno, just set it up once and ride! Other benefits include:
Very easy to install
Improved throttle response
Improved fuel economy
’08-up TBW fully supported
Takes full advantage of the factory ECU
Maintains all OEM safeguards and features
Self adjusts when you upgrade other parts on the engine
Know people that build bikes for a living and can dyno them
I showed you a great product but all you seem to want to do is prove me wrong
I ain't showing you anything do you own homework since you know so much
You did not show me anything.
I am not trying to prove you wrong.
That's not what "our discussion" has evolved to.
I just think that you do not want to see what the Rev Performance is about.
That's what this is, is a discussion, not an arguement about proving one right or wrong.
The Rev Performance is not comparable to the T-M, or the TTS which have the most similarities as far as tuners could be compared.
What you were doing is trying to compare the 2 of which is like apples and oranges.
I was trying to show you something fairly new and innovative that's all, nothin' more and nothin' less.
My appoligies if you were offended by me trying to show you new technology.
I had the fuel pack on my '10 SG and with a stage 1 it was great. I added the TW555 cams and upgraded to the PC5. If u decide u wanna go with the fuel pack let me know I'll make ya a deal on one.
This was a discussion on tuners. And a Fuel pack isn't really a real tuner.
A builder and dyno man came in and said this about some folks worrying about Voiding their warranty and spoke some on Tuners. He is a Pro Zippers person and likes the Thunder-Max

can anyone name one tuning device that a hd dealer claims DOES NOT VOID WARRANTY? you cant say sert, sestp, or whatever because HD says it voids their own warranty!
magnussen warranty act prohibits voiding of warranty, and is specific about telling customers a product will void warranty.
tmax has more points of adjustment than any other tuning device-----period
lots of folks talk smack because they do not know how to tune.
tmax monitors, and collects MORE data than sert or tts
for the largest percentile, which is better, sert or tts tune by someone without a clue, or tmax autotune?
lets see op asked fuel pack or pc trying to save a few $....and u guys sre suggesting 1000$tuners?so i think u should get the 120R it will be really fast.
