Go on 'betterlever.com' , they offer good information and a replacement lever that may be helpful to you. I had mine repaired at a dealership last year $650, and found out about them after the fact. You can do a search under transmissions in this forum for info also.

His problem appears to be in the front but most of the rear transmission lever problems can be fixed by removing the allen bolt and replacing with a 1" regular bolt for .50 cents.
