Default removing battery

I cannot believe the battery and the positive and negative terminal position on my '07 Ultra. Any suggestions to make this job easier? There is simply no room. I am planning on adding a strap to air in battery removal next time.

do this....you can take off the positive...the batts heavy...use the neg strap(loosened) to pick the batt up...it will come up about an inch or so allowing you to completely take off the neg...if you look theres a hole where the harness goes thru right above and behind the oil fill cap...get a pry bar with a flat blade on it...have a buddy carefully hold the bottom of the batt thru that hole(bottom of batt tray)...to re-install
