This thread is for all you guys running the Terry Components auto tuner TV-3? Have you checked your spark plugs recently? I installed a TV-3 on my 07 Road King a year and half ago. The bike ran ok, but very hot!
I have a D&D Fat Cat 2 into 1 pipe and a Vance & Hines V02 air cleaner on it. I checked both my plugs the other day and the tips are both white with oxidation which as far as I know indicates on the lean side.
I sent a bunch of pictures several days ago to Terry Components and asked if this is typical that the auto tuner run the bike lean. After the first email response from the business I have heard nothing back on the issue. The green light on the unit is lighting up which indicates it is working and all the lines are secure.
Is anyone else having a problem with the unit or is this typical?
Although I have read a lot of threads on here over the years this is the first time I have felt compelled to join and post, any replies appreciated!
