Has anyone had a problem opening a Fuel Moto map that was sent in an E-mail?

Make sure you install the disc software of the device you are using on your computer.

Ok Im computor stupid,could please explain?

I'm running a Mac.I was told I need a windows based PC.I E-mailed the file to my sons PC but he could not open it.

You need to have the software for whatever tuning device you are using installed on the computor you want to use to open the email.

Your Son will need to download the Dyno Jet software to open the file, it uses the Dyno Jet program to "read" the file.
