Yes, the 2.5's will make a difference, but not dramatic. Rush recommends the 2.5's on a 2010 with the cat. Some Dealers dont know this. You will like them better but may still want louder. Its a preference thing.
Yes, Im running Rush 2.5's without the cat and it is fairly Loud, some of my friends say a little too Loud but I really like them as well as most people who comment on them. They are Deep sounding.
