Default 2010 with cat

just bought a 2010 SG i want a to get a Rush slip-on,but need to know what size baffle will work with my bike?I dont want to sacrifice performance, and needs to sound good too. I need to know which if a 2,2.25,or 2.50 will be the best choice. Had a 07 SG and ran 2 inch Rush on and they sounded good, but that was a dual exhaust.Just need a good sounding exhaust and retain the same power.

We would recommend our 2.50” baffle. Due to the restriction caused by the catalytic converter, the 2.50” baffle will produce a very similar volume and note to the 2.00” baffles on an ’07. Thanks for your continued support of Rush!

Of course I'm going to recommend Rush and here are a few reasons why... We use a superior 16 gauge steel, offer interchangeable baffles, and ceramic coat the inside of the muffler to help improve exhaust flow and disperse excess heat caused by the catalytic converter. The tip is sold separately, or for the same price, the slash down model can be purchased.

Thanks

31905-250 MSRP $199.95
3504 MSRP $59.95
Total: $259.90

The slash down model 31901-250 is $199.95

Same price for any baffle size but we recommend the 250.

thanks,
Ryan

Ryan, the 2.50 baffle is the loudest, will the bike suffer in performance?will keep it stock till after break-in,then planning on race tuner and dyno time.Till then dont want to lose any power with a large baffle.

Due to the cat in the headpipes providing almost all the backpressure, performance will not suffer due to the large baffle size. We recommend the 250 baffle as the smaller baffles are not open enough to get a good increase in sound and exhaust flow.
Thanks
