Default Passenger Headset connection issues

Can anyone help me with a part number for the headset connection on an Ultra (06) that is under the tour pack? The harness that is attached to a spring and connects to the passenger's headset cord.

My wife says her right side keeps cutting in and out and if she holds it at an angle while we ride it stays. She also says she hears an echo. We have swapped out everything in the helmet and the "telephone" cord and nothing seems to fix her issue. She rode with a friend this past weekend and had no problem, so we are assuming it is the harness under the tourpack that is giving her the issue.

Does anyone have the Pin out information for this connection, or know how to get into the bike side of the connection?
